The Owners had acquired a large lot in north Chico with a very small existing house (right)
which was becoming too small for their growing family. They constructed a detached garage
and office (left) with the hope of eventually building their dream home in between.

With the help of an architect, they designed this 2,700 square foot residence with a 200
square foot mezzanine and balcony. The new home ties into the existing garage and office
through a covered breezeway. The original house has been removed.
